Experienced senior HR advisor with focus on executive search of middle and senior management positions and development through assessment centers for various profiles and in different industries. One of the most interesting experiences was certainly in the position of Recruitment and Selection Manager at the national airline where she laid the foundations for the recruitment, selection, and assessment of cabin and flight crew by certifying as a Pilot Assessor. She continued her career in multinational companies where she led teams and worked on the development of HR departments within the selection and recruitment teams. She acquired her academic knowledge at the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Psychology, and she expanded her expertise through REBT education and Systemic Family Psychotherapy, and later through education in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching. She is certified for the following assessment tools: HOGAN, Thomas, and SHL, and in addition, she is certified for implementing outplacement programs.
