Senior HR and business professional with extensive experience in a multinational environment. The service industry and consulting are something he finds himself in and that is why he never wanted to develop in only one area. He started his career in the media, which later successfully helped him perform various functions within the framework of relations with state institutions and communication. He realized that the future is in retraining many years ago and started a new career in human resources. During more than a decade of experience, he has grown through several positions in human resources, and later through running companies in the position of the CEO. The ability to support a large number of clients and HR managers and to use their knowledge and experience to help develop the HR function is what has always been his priority. As a leader in the field of agency employment, he was a member of the working group on drafting the first Law on Agency Employment with the Ministry of Labor and Employment. In addition, he implemented his knowledge and innovations through the HR Chair position in the American Chamber of Commerce, as well as in the position of a member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss-Serbian Chamber of Commerce. His biggest inspiration within HR is training and development for initial and middle management. He is certified for several coaching programs, and he is also a certified coach.
