During her undergraduate studies, she became interested in human resources and soon became a scholarship holder within the mentoring program of the Hemofarm Foundation. In the Center for Career Development, she had the opportunity to implement her previous knowledge within the HR team and work on the development of this sector. She gained international experience as a global finalist in the “CEO 4 One Month” program, after which she had the opportunity to work in a wide range of positions. At the same time, her passion and interests are in youth activism and mentoring, and during several cycles, she had the opportunity to be a mentor within the “When I grow up, I will be…” program.
